Outstanding Intellectual Property Service Team 

The "15th Five-Year Plan" period marks a critical, transitional phase in building China into a world-leading intellectual property (IP) power. To implement the requirements of the national IP talent development strategy and to build upon the achievements of the "Outstanding IP Service Team" selection and cultivation initiative, IP Observer, together with the Beijing Sunshine Intellectual Property and Legal Development Foundation and other organizations, jointly launched the "2025 Outstanding IP Service Team" selection and cultivation project. The final list was determined through a combination of self-nominations, external recommendations, and comprehensive expert review.
