Jenny holds a PhD in Physics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has over 10 years of experience in the patent field. Her practice focuses on semiconductor devices and processes, 5G communications, electronic communications, and chip-related technologies. She advises on patent mining and portfolio development, patent drafting and filing, office action responses, re-examination and invalidation proceedings, and freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses, providing end-to-end support from strategic filing to enforcement.
Jenny has extensive experience in patent prosecution and protection in China, and is also familiar with patent filing and protection in overseas jurisdictions including the United States, Europe, and Australia. She is skilled in cross-jurisdictional co-ordination and building integrated patent portfolios.

Xinyu Zhang

Xinyu is a Patent Attorney of Lusheng, based in Beijing.
Xinyu has two years of experience in the intellectual property field, focusing on patent prosecution, patent drafting, and patent translation (English and Japanese).
