Dante has 7 years of judicial experience in intellectual property (IP) tribunals at both levels in Shanghai and 5 years of practice experience at a Red Circle law firm.
He has dual backgrounds in law and technology, with his areas of expertise covering IP dispute resolution, non-litigation transactions and daily management. These include litigation and non-litigation matters involving all types of trademarks, copyrights, patents, new plant varieties, trade secrets and unfair competition. Dante is particularly experienced in serving clients in major sectors such as internet, fashion and fast-moving consumer goods, film and entertainment, electronic information, life sciences, pharmaceutical and chemical engineering, and fintech.

Shuang Cheng

Shuang is the Head of German Desk of Lusheng, based in Beijing.
Shuang is a practicing patent attorney, with an IP practice spanning over 15 years. He focuses on patent application, prosecution, invalidation and litigation in the fields of mechanical, electrical engineering, electronic, computer science and material science.
Shuang has supported on numbers of well-known European and American companies. His working languages are German, English and Chinese.

Brand Zhang

Brand Zhang is an associate of Lusheng, based in Shanghai.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Materials, and a Master of Laws from Fudan University. He obtained the Legal Professional Qualification Certificate in 2017, joined Lusheng Law Firm as a new graduate in 2020 and has been practicing law since then. He also obtained the Patent Attorney Qualification Certificate in 2023.
Since joining Lusheng, he has represented clients in numerous cases involving trademark, copyright, patent, unfair competition and new plant variety protection, securing favorable outcomes for clients and maximizing their interests. He serves clients across industries including luxury goods, apparel, industrial products, toys, food and beverage, cosmetics, online games and automobiles, among others.

Frida is a Patent Attorney of Lusheng, based in Beijing.
Frida has IP practice spanning about 7 years. She is specialized in patent drafting, prosecution and analysis, and also provides support for patent litigation and industrial design cases when necessary. Her working languages are Chinese, English and German.
With about three years’ experience in automobile R&D, Frida has rich experience and solid professional skills in understanding clients demands, analysing technical solutions, and supporting clients with their patent strategy. In terms of IP, her technical expertise includes automobile, machinery, electricity, optics, automation, AI and so on. Frida has provided patent services such as patent drafting, patent translation and response to the office actions for well-known domestic and foreign companies and has accumulated rich experience in patent practice.

Jenney Zhang

Jiao is the Head of Mechanics and Design Division of Lusheng, based in Beijing.
Jiao is a practicing patent attorney and patent litigator, with an IP practice spanning over 10 years. She has extensive experience in patent drafting, prosecution, invalidation, litigation, search and analysis.
Her technical expertise includes mechanics, automobile and industrial design. Besides dealing with the patent applications and responding to the office actions, Jiao has been providing patent-related legal services to numbers of famous international and domestic companies, and she has been involved in many patent invalidation and litigation cases in recent years.
Jiao is a mechanical and industrial design expert and leads the China mechanical and design team.

Janet is a dual-qualified Patent Attorney and IP Lawyer with 8+ years of experience in cross-border intellectual property protection. Combines technical expertise in information engineering with advanced legal training:
from University College London (UCL), specializing in high-stakes patent litigation and complex or challenging intellectual property disputes.
She represented leading multinationals and Chinese high-tech companies, especially in the industries of manufacturing & engineering, telecommunications, digital & internet, and luxury goods.
