Represented a Swiss fitness equipment company, successfully defending its invention patent and invalidating the accused infringer's utility model patent in proceedings before the CNIPA and the court We represented a Swiss fitness equipment company in patent invalidation proceedings and related administrative litigation. We successfully maintained client’s invention patent in the invalidation proceeding before China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), in view of the inventiveness objections and supportive objections.​ In another invalidation proceeding, we successfully invalidated the accused infringer’s utility model patent in the invalidation proceeding before CNIPA and upheld the Decision in the first instance of the admin litigation proceeding before the court.

Represented a world's leading gaming company in invalidating a domestic manufacturer's design patents and upholding the victory before the Supreme People's Court We represented a world's leading gaming company in handling design patent invalidation proceedings and subsequent administrative litigation. Before the China National Intellectual Property Administration, we successfully invalidated all multiple design patents previously filed by domestic manufacturers. Subsequently, during the second-instance administrative litigation before the Supreme People's Court, we successfully upheld the favorable judgment, supporting civil litigations and on-line takedown actions against copycat products.

In these case, we successfully argued against the initial rejections of several invention patents in core technical areas, including IoT private protocols, communication modules, and the adaptation of underwater sonar technology for IoT applications. As a result, rejections were overturned, and the patents were ultimately granted, securing strong protection for the client's innovations.
