Frida Sun, master of science from Technische Universität Braunschweig, Germany, joined Lusheng Law Firm in 2022 and is currently a technology specialist. Frida has IP practice spanning about three years. She is specialized in patent application and drafting, patent translation (English and German) and patent analysis in machinery field, and also provides support for patent litigation when necessary.

With about three years’ experience in automobile R&D, Frida has rich experience and solid professional skills in understanding clients demands, analysing technical solutions, and supporting clients with their patent strategy. In terms of IP, her technical expertise includes automobile, machinery, electricity, optics, automation, AI and so on. She has provided patent services such as patent application and drafting, patent translation, transmission and reply of OA, and patent reexamination for well-known domestic and foreign companies such as Hesai Technology, Bianlifeng, Siemens, and BSH, and has accumulated rich experience in patent practice.
