Grace (Lerong) Chen

She is currently sitting in Lusheng Shanghai office, provides IP services relating to digital commerce, litigation, trademark and consultancy programs.

Before joining Lusheng Law Firm, Grace has been practicing law in China for 15 years. She started with an attorney-at-law, providing legal services for Macdonald, ABB and a few other multinational companies. Furthermore, Grace engaged in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (“FMCG”) industry, worked for Coca-Cola, Danone and a Chinese start-up high-tech company Etop as an in-house legal counsel. By herself and leading the team, she provided legal and regulatory support to the corporate business, and majorly across business operations, products marketing and commercialization, merger and acquisition, digitalization programs, corporate compliance building, and finally landed on IP related commercial legal support (i.e., trademarked-brand protection and unfair-competition legal study). In addition, Grace is the IP counsel for Shanghai Modern Commerce Facilitation Center (non-government organization)
