We are delighted to announce that Sharon Qiao, Senior Partner of Lusheng Law firm, has been named as one of the top 15 IP lawyers in China by Asian Legal Business.

Sharon has been practising law for over 15 years. She has comprehensive expertise in IP litigation and enforcement, particularly in the domain of patents, trade marks, copyright and unfair competition. She has previously been recognised one of the Top Ten Lawyers by the Beijing Lawyers Association, as well as one of the Top Ten Copyright Practitioners by the Beijing Copyright Office.

IP lawyers are invaluable advisors particularly given China’s focus on innovation as well as the speed of the development. They need to be able to understand the complexities of new technologies as well as the commercial opportunities and pressures that go with them to provide the appropriate advice.

The list was devised following a survey, interviews and a review market recognition earlier this year.
