Mi has over 20 years of practice experience in intellectual property. She has deep expertise in acquiring and safeguarding valuable IP assets for companies, competitive landscape analysis, management and risk prevention of IP portfolios, and IP transactions. Her technical expertise spans several industries, including machinery, mechatronics, engineering technology, and semiconductor technology.

Mi has overseen patent operations in China for several well-known multinational corporations and has represented dozens of leading international and domestic Chinese companies in sorting out and managing trade secrets and global patent portfolios, as well as in patent evaluation and risk assessment within IP transactions.

With her exceptional technical knowledge, legal acumen, and client recognition, Mi has been listed in the "China Business Law Journal The A-List: Growth Drivers" and "IPR Daily: 50 IP Lawyers Under the Age of 50". Moreover, Mi is highly proactive in legal research and rights protection assistance within the IP industry and has been selected for the "Domestic IP Expert" of the National IP Oversea Dispute Resolution Guidance Center.
