Alice Hou

Before joining Lusheng, Alice practiced in the field of contentious and non-contentious legal service in a major European IP law firm and a Chinese law firm.

Alice has been providing IP litigation service and advising on IP protection strategies to clients from multifarious industries. She has been representing numbers of clients in trademark infringement, copyright infringement, trade secret and patent litigations, with special expertise in criminal litigation, criminal enforcement and administrative action. She has handled many high-profile cases receiving awards from the Supreme People’s Court, Supreme People’s Procuratorate, QBPC (Quality Brands Protection Committee) and local Courts in China.
